Once we've connected, we'll dive into the details of your project. This is your chance to share your creative vision, reference images, and any specific requirements you have. We'll discuss style, color schemes, and the overall feel you want for your illustration. My goal is to fully understand your concept to ensure the final product meets your expectations.

Pay Deposit

After we've outlined the project and agreed on the scope, a deposit is required to kick off the work. This initial payment secures your spot in my schedule and allows us to begin the creative process. The deposit is 50% of the total project cost, demonstrating our mutual commitment and enabling us to start bringing your ideas to life.

Make the Thing

With your ideas and deposit in place, the creative magic begins. I'll start sketching and developing initial concepts, keeping you updated along the way. You'll have opportunities to provide feedback and request adjustments to ensure the illustration is perfectly aligned with your vision. My collaborative approach ensures the final product meets your expectations. With this in mind, if the project changes or if any revisions past the concept stage, an adjustment fee of 25% will be added to the final payment.

Final Payment

Once the illustration is nearing completion and you're satisfied with the progress, the final payment is due. This balance covers the remaining project cost and confirms that I can proceed to the finishing touches. With the final payment settled, I'll finalize the details and prepare the illustration for delivery.

Deliver To You

The moment you've been waiting for! After the final payment, I'll deliver your completed illustration in the agreed-upon format. Whether it's digital files, prints, or other mediums, your custom artwork will be ready to use and enjoy. I take pride in being able to deliver premium, unique illustrations that capture your vision and satisfies your expectations.
